General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the bplwin platform ("Platform", "Website") and its users ("Members", "Players"). The key terms used in this document are defined as follows:

• Platform: The bplwin website and all services connected to it.
• Member: A person who has validly registered an account on bplwin and is using the platform.
• Wager / Bet: The act of placing money on a specific game or event.

Account Registration and Eligibility

Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and, if detected, all associated accounts may be cancelled and balances forfeited.

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. If false information is provided, bplwin reserves the right to suspend or cancel the account.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Allowing third parties to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Policy

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on bplwin is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Deposit amounts are calculated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. After a withdrawal request is approved, processing is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Verification must be complete at the time of withdrawal.

• The same payment method used for the deposit must be used for withdrawal.
• A withdrawal request may be cancelled at any time before processing has begun.
• In cases of suspicious activity, withdrawals may be held pending verification.

3.3 Transaction Verification

In certain circumstances, a national identity document or proof of payment may be requested. This is part of our security process and is done for the protection of members.

Bonus and Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To withdraw the bonus, the combined total of deposit and bonus must be wagered 25 times.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer will have a specific validity period and conditions — these will be stated in the offer details.
• A bonus offer may be claimed only once, unless otherwise stated.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account will be investigated and the bonus may be cancelled.
• bplwin reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.
• Wagering requirements apply to winnings from bonuses.

4.3 VIP Program

Based on regular play, members can advance through three VIP tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% cashback per week.

VIP tier benefits and terms are published separately and may change at any time.

Gaming and Betting Rules

5.1 Fair Play Policy

bplwin is committed to ensuring fair and transparent outcomes in all games. Any attempt to gain an advantage through fraud, software, or any other unethical means will result in immediate account cancellation.

5.2 Bet Validity

Any abnormal game result caused by a technical error or server issue may be considered void. In such cases, the wagered amount will be returned to the member's account.

5.3 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game and market. These limits are displayed within the game and may change at any time.

5.4 Game Service Providers

bplwin offers games from various internationally recognized software providers, such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, and many more. The providers' own terms and conditions may apply.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation as well as legal action:

• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Operating multiple accounts with the intent to abuse bonus offers.
• Using automated bots or software to play games.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or errors in the platform.
• Attempting to bypass the verification process by providing false information.
• Using the platform to harass or harm other members.

Account Suspension and Cancellation

7.1 bplwin's Rights

bplwin may temporarily suspend or permanently cancel any account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a breach of terms is found.
• If false or incomplete information has been provided.
• If suspicious financial activity is identified.
• If a security risk arises.
• Upon instruction from a regulator.

7.2 Member's Right to Close Their Own Account

Any member may request to close their account at any time through the support team. Any withdrawable balance will be returned before closure.

Limitation of Liability

bplwin bears no responsibility for the following:

• Loss of a game session or bet due to internet disconnection.
• Damages caused by third-party software or services.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access (where the member has shared their account details).
• Content of any website or service outside the platform.

In any circumstance, bplwin's maximum liability is limited to the original amount of the transaction in question.

Privacy and Data Protection

Details on the collection, use, and protection of members' personal information are set out in our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you are also considered to have accepted the Privacy Policy.

bplwin uses SSL encryption technology to keep all transactions and personal information secure. Members' financial information is never sold or shared with third parties — except where required for payment processing.

Responsible Gaming Policy

Dispute Resolution

For any complaint or dispute, please first contact us via our 24/7 live chat support or by email. We will review all complaints and respond within 72 hours.

If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, the dispute will be settled through a mutually agreed mediator. An attempt to resolve the matter will be made within 30 days of the complaint being filed.

Miscellaneous Provisions

12.1 Right to Modify Services

bplwin reserves the right to modify, add, or remove platform services, the number of games, payment methods, or any other features at any time. Reasonable notice will be given before major changes.

12.2 Entire Agreement

These terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between bplwin and the member. Any prior oral or written agreements are replaced by this document.

12.3 Language

The Bengali version of these terms is the official version. In the event of any conflict with a translation, the Bengali version will prevail.

12.4 Severability

If any provision of these terms becomes ineffective or invalid for any reason, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
